Every two years, Black alumni of Southern Illinois University Carbondale come from across the country to “party with a purpose.” That purpose is threefold: to fellowship together, conduct the business of the SIUC Black Alumni Group, and raise money for the BAG scholarship that helps SIUC Black students pay for books and lab fees. Over the years, BAG has raised thousands of dollars to support our Black students.
